SELF EMPLOYED DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED

 

Arc Logistics Ltd have an exciting opportunity to expand their operations partnering with Amazon to deliver parcels. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team of self employed multi-drop drivers who are looking to grow with our business.

  • State of the art routing technology sequences all routes for you (at no cost).

  • Excellent rates of pay with no deductions: base pay of £117 (excl VAT) per day plus bonuses.

  • Seasonal bonuses. 

  • Performance bonuses up to £22 per route.

  • Additional incentives, bonuses and progression available based on performance.

  • Flexible working days: 1-6 working days available per week, including weekends.

  • Routes planned at 9 hours daily

  • 12 days paid training

  • Support from a professional accountancy company, if required, for business set up, invoicing and tax advice.

 

Requirements:

​

  • Have a passion for delighting customers.

  • Attention to detail to ensure delivery process is followed exactly.

  • Dedication and commitment.

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to lift parcels up to 20kg, and deliver 150+ parcels per day.

  • Delivery locations can include flats with multiple staircases. 

  • Age 18+

  • Hold a clean, valid and current driving licence with no more than 6 points at at least one year driving experience.

  • Previous multi-drop experience is advantageous however not essential as full training will be given.

  • Veterans, ex-emergency services are highly encouraged.

  • All successful applicants will need to pass both a DBS background check and a drug & alcohol test.
